Downtown is the real reason to love Miami. Little Havana, an area west of Brickell Avenue with Calle Ocho as it’s main thoroughfare, offers visitors a taste of Cuba and many other Latin American countries, making the area a melting pot of Hispanics. Every March, the ”Cale Ocho” Festival takes place. It’s billed as the biggest block party in the world.

The Keys are close
Key Biscayne is an island reched only via the Rickenbacker Causeway. The drive-over is a postcard view of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami and dowtown Miami. Once you reach the island, you’ll find everything from the Miami Seaquarium, golfing and tennis to the historic Cape Florida Lighthouse, and Grandon Park.
Miami Beaches Luxury
South Beach conjures up images of warm, azure waters lapping against white sand beaches, hot bodies rollerblading down Ocean Drive, balmy, tropical evenings at an open-air cafe, side by side with sizzling non-stop nightlife.

North Beach hosts an outdoor marketplace on Saturdays on Normandy Isle, around the historic fountain that is reminiscent of France. Historic tours are available to view buildings from the 1920’s through 1960’s. Located from 63rd St. to 87 th Terrace and from the beach to the bay. Heading further north, you’ll encounter Surfside, a small community with wide beaches, luxury condomniums and cozy apartments. Just west of Collins Avenue is Harding Avenue, dotted with retail shops, restaurants and cafes. Still heading North along Collins Avenue, you’ll find Bal Harbour, a municipality with elegant, luxury highrises along the beach, coupled with a retail and residential community interspersed with shops and restaurants.
The Beach’s most upscale shopping center, Bal Harbour Shops, sits on Collins Avenue at 96th Street.
Bal Harbour Lifestyle
Just a few blocks west of Bal Harbour is the intimate town of Bay Harbor, with shops and restaurants alongs its main street, Kane Concourse, and homes and condomniums including Island Pointe, directly on the water. It has a small town ambiance, yet offers the conveniences of metropolitan living nearby.
Malls and food delights
A few more miles north on Collins Avenue is Sunny Isles Beach, where visitors can get a taste of resort Florida with it’s stretches of beach, beautiful new highrises, retail centers, restaurants and shops.
