Arriving at Fun park, you’ll be amazed by the wide range of activities, from performance shows, to adventure wandering, food delicacies, sunset parties and lot of extras.
One of the highlights is the river stream experience. Entering the fresh cold water stream with a life jacket provided on site, you’ll flow through different settings, like aligator cage, tribal cave, lagoon, narow deep canyon, and deserted beach. Two river streams that flow in the Park offer different fun experiences.
Clear and cool, the second underground river flows through caverns illuminated by natural skylights, under limestone walls where beautiful fossilized coral formations are embedded. It surrounds the open-air theatre and, occasionally, emerges in the deep jungle green.
Either of the park’s two river experiences are a great way to start your day. Live jackets and locking backs for your personal belongings are provided at the entrance to each river. Your belongings will be waiting for you at the end of your adventure. There are multiple exits and stopping points along each river so you may take a break or explore. If you suffer from heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, high blood pressure or claustrophobia its advisable that you refrain from entering the river.
There are so many things to see and do at Xcaret. No less than 25 attractions are included in your entrance ticket to the park. The best way is to plan out an itenerary so you can get the most out of your day. Other attractions include: butterfly pavilion, Jaguar and Puma islands, mushroom farm, orchid conservatory, apiary, manatee lagoon, marine turtles, archeological museum and lot of presentations and shows. It features a colorful fair, the drama of the Pre-hispanic ballgame and the ball of fire in the impressive ‘Tlachco’ ballcourt, followed by an unforgettable gala performance of Mexico’s regional music and dance.

The park also offers several optional activities (at extra cost) for anyone who likes to enjoy different experiences.
The sixth programmes with dolphins is one of those short listed experiences, aimed at both, adults and children.
Another is snorkel and dive tours, available for beginners and advanced swimmers. It is a completely new way that allows you to scuba dive with the freedom of snorkel. The whole family can stroll the bottom of the sea with Seatrek and snuba. Horseback riding tours in Xcaret are quite extraordinary and special optional tours.
